liling-ong

Our Founder

Liling has always had a passion for the learning and development of kids. She knew that she wanted to work with kids at a very young age. Initially, she spent almost four years in the finance industry working as a financial adviser. The turning point of her life came in December 2015 when she visited and spent her Christmas with the orphans in Cambodia. The event rekindled her love for kids and the desire to have a positive impact on children’s life. She left her finance career in February 2016 and started to pursue her passion. To further equip herself to work with the children, she completed a Master of Education at UTS. Over the years, she and her team collaborated with teachers, principals, lecturers and students to design and develop a unique, CROSS-CURRICULAR STEAM education program under PIEX Education. The programs were implemented in primary schools in Australia with positive feedback from children and parents alike. She wishes to use her knowledge to help develop both coaches and children as aspiring and successful future leaders.
